• Factory Default: If you experience any issues due to factory defects, such as missing parts (Chucks, Elastic Buckle, Hook, Elastic Hook) or issues with stitching/holes in the covers, we’ve got you covered! We’ll ship out replacement parts at no additional cost—no shipping or restocking fees.
• Missing items (Chucks, Elastic Buckle, Hook, Elastic Hook): We would ship out the parts that are missing with no shipping or restocking fee.
• Stitching / Hole Issue: If you find any stitching defects or holes in your cover, we will send you a replacement part, completely free of charge.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

If you encounter any issues covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email, providing your purchase details and a brief description of the issue.
2. Documentation: We may request photos or a short video of the damage for our records.
3. Review and Approval: Our team will review your claim and, upon approval, will initiate the replacement process.
4. Replacement: A replacement cover will be sent to you at no additional cost, except for shipping.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

• Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind or no longer need the product.
• Wear & Tear: Normal wear over time is not covered by the warranty.
• Damage from Accidents, Abuse, or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect is not covered.
