We are currently offering a 30-Day return policy.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Unopened Items: If the item remains unopened and in its original packaging, we will process the return with NO shipping or restocking fees.
  • Opened Items: If the item has been opened, the following conditions apply:
    • Refunds: A refund will be issued, minus any applicable shipping charges (which vary by location) and a restocking fee of 20% of your order total.
    • Replacements: If you request a replacement, shipping (which vary by location) and restocking fee of 20% of your order total will apply.

 

Eligible Reasons for Return:

  • Change of Mind: This includes reasons such as not liking the color, not needing it anymore, or simply changing your mind.
  • Incorrect Orders Placed: If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, model, or color, we could assist with the return or refund.

 

Return Label Instructions:

All return labels are sent via email in PDF format. The service provider will be UPS unless otherwise specified.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged by natural disasters or misuse (including failure to follow product instructions) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
