How can I check the status of my order?

To track your order, simply use the UPS tracking number provided on your order confirmation page or email. You can enter this number:

How do I return a product?

If you'd like to return a product, please email us at cs@icarcover.com. One of our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process step by step.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to select international locations.

We also ship to U.S. territories such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military addresses (APO/FPO). These orders are shipped via USPS with a flat rate of $59.99.

Delivery to these locations typically takes 3 to 6 business days.

There’s no set rule — it depends on your environment and how frequently you use your cover. If it looks visibly dirty, it’s probably time for a wash!
